Most people come up to me and ask "How did you gain all that muscle?" I respond with this: I ate a TON. I lifted extremely HEAVY. and I Rested. That's about it. Well, That's the answer that I used to get really frustrated reading in books and on blog posts. Can someone give me the "step-by-step, walk-my-ass through exactly how you did it?" Show me in a REAL LIFE example so there's no wondering and there's a smaller 'learning curve'? Yup. We got ya covered.

Basically I put together the 10 habits you need to do daily to consistently repeat this experiment. Aside from the whole Eat good food and lift legs and upper body. Wow how bland is that oatmeal? What types of food? How much? When? What upper body has the biggest bang for your buck? How much rest time? What supplements? Should I even use supplements? If you were to train me for 4 weeks how would you do it? Etc etc. The other thing I hate is when its not visually displayed for me. I like actually SEEING the shit they are talking about. What does it look like in real life? Well, my friends, in this project hack we did just that. I've concentrated this whole experiment into 10 steps/habits/rules to gain at least 10 lbs without flinching in 30 days. Below are the videos. Because this site is free and I'm in med school the quality isn't anything wow or incredible its just straight up real life. authentic and transparent.
